~ Our Guarantee ~
While our customers do tell us that our jewelry is even more beautiful in
person, we understand the apprehension some
people may feel buying from the internet, therefore we offer a 100% Satisfaction
Guarantee on all of our in-stock items. If for any reason you are not delighted with your
purchase, return it for a full refund minus shipping. We
apologize that custom orders are not returnable. We take great pride
in the quality of our components and we stand behind our work. Please
review our returns section below for complete details.
~ Availability & Custom Orders ~
Since we, the owners, are personally handcrafting your jewelry, all of our
items have a limited in-stock availability. Any items, excluding those in
our one-of-a-kind section that are marked 'Unavailable', will be restocked
within one week. Items that are discontinued will be removed from the
site immediately and with no prior notice.
Duplicate orders of one-of-a-kind items: While every effort has been
made to prevent duplicate orders of our one-of-a-kind items, the remote
possibility that two people may order an item at almost the exact moment in
time does exist. If this occurs, the first buyer takes precedence and
the second will receive an immediate refund with our sincere apologies.
Custom orders: Is it 'almost' perfect? Let us make it perfect for you. Custom sizes and requests for different colored stones
and/or metals
can be made by emailing Leanne at
sales@spiritandmyst.com. Please include the Product ID
number in the subject line of your email. Additional costs if any, should
be nominal and you will be billed upon your email acceptance of our quote. Please
regard your email acceptance as a binding contract and pay your invoice
promptly as we will be making your order a priority and will begin assembly
immediately. Your new piece of jewelry will be shipped once payment is
received. Custom orders will usually ship within 3-5 days.
~ Payment Options ~
Credit Cards and PayPal: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express and PayPal payments through our secure PayPal
shopping cart. You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to process
your credit card payments. In the 'Checkout' window... simply select
'Click Here' if you do not currently have a PayPal account and you will be
taken through the normal checkout process. Credit Card and Money Order
payments will usually ship within 24-48 hours unless it is a custom order,
in which case you will be notified of the expected ship date.
Personal Checks: We will accept your personal check for orders, however
they must clear before your order can ship. This process can take from
7 to 10 business days upon our receipt of your check. You will be
notified when your order has shipped. Please follow the instructions below
when paying via check.
Order by Mail: using our
mail order form. Please
email us with your selections at:
sales@spiritandmyst.com,
so that we can place your items on hold until
we receive your payment. Only personal checks and money orders will be accepted for mail
orders. Note that we will hold your merchandise for a maximum of 10 days.
International Customers and
Custom Orders: You will receive an invoice via email after accepting
the terms concerning shipping rates or your custom designed piece.
That email will direct you to the secure PayPal site where you can review
and pay your invoice via credit card or PayPal payment.
~ Returns ~
What if I just don't like it?: Returns are accepted for items in original, unworn and resalable
condition only. You must email Leanne at:
customerservice@spiritandmyst.com, within 7 days to request a
Return Authorization number and our
return address. Please pack your item (s)
carefully and ship via an
insured, traceable method such as UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation.
We are not responsible for any items lost in transit. Packages not
received within 14 days of your receipt of your order may be subject to a
10% restocking fee. Returns sent without prior notification will be
rejected. Sorry, shipping costs are non-refundable.
~ Repairs ~
Here at Spirit and Myst, we understand that normal wear
and tear occurs and every woman's desire is to enjoy a favorite piece of
jewelry for years. That is why we offer a restringing and component
replacement option. There is no time limit on this service. If
it begins to fray or loosen and you're concerned, return it to us and we
will clean and restring the item for a reasonable fee. If your
grandchild thought your necklace could support their weight, simply salvage
the pieces and return the item to us. While we cannot guarantee an
exact match if you've lost some pieces and it's been a few years... we will
do everything in our power to match the item to your satisfaction. In
order to save the most expense, the important things to salvage would be
clasps, pendants and anything 14k. For complete details and pricing,
print and complete the steps on our repair form.
~ Shipments ~
We ship all of our jewelry gift-boxed. Credit Card and Money Order payments will usually ship within 24-48 hours.
Custom orders will usually ship within 3-5 days. Unfortunately we only ship
via USPS 2-3 day service at this time. For speedier service we may be
able to accommodate you provided the item is in stock. You can email
us with the Product ID and your request at the following address for
confirmation and an adjustment in shipping rates. International customers
will need to email us with a list of the items you wish to purchase at
sales@spiritandmyst.com. We
will quote your
shipping rates and bill you via email. Shipping and handling - WITHIN THE U.S. - are as follows:

~ International Customers ~
Please email your selections
along with your city, country, and postal code so we can calculate shipping
charges. We accept credit cards thru PayPal, however credit card customers do
incur an additional 2% fee to process payment. We will email an invoice with
your total. Please note that any applicable import fees and/or taxes will be
your sole responsibility.
We are sorry that due to credit
card fraud, we are unable to accept credit card payments from the following
countries: Belarus, Estonia, Ghana, Hungary, Indonesia, Latvia, Lithuania,
Macedonia, Malaysia, Nigeria, Philippines, Romania, Russia, Singapore,
Slovak Republic, Thailand, Uganda, Ukraine and Yugoslavia. These may not be
the only countries, so updates will be included upon notification to us
and denial may be issued if a country is flagged but not on this list.
