Please allow 24 hours for us to respond (excluding holidays). Custom orders usually take between 2-7 business days depending on the complexity (*) and/or availability of components. * For complex designs or pieces valued over $150, you may be asked to submit a good faith deposit of 10% of the estimated final value, which will then be applied to the purchase price upon completion and purchase of your piece. We always send a photo for your approval beforehand, and ship when payment clears.
