Please be advised that all handcrafted jewelry is an original by the very nature of the stones and craftsmanship, therefore, photographed items may vary slightly from the piece you receive.

While every effort has been made to prevent duplicate orders of our one-of-a-kind items, the possibility that two people will order an item at the exact same time does exist. Should this occur, the first buyer takes precedence, and the second will receive an immediate refund with our sincere apologies.

The designs, ideas, photographs, taglines, logo, and content of this site are original to us, the owners of Spirit and Myst, unless credit has been clearly given to a third party.  If you feel that an  infringement has occurred, contact Rene Randall immediately via phone: 425-227-4102, or email her at rene at spiritandmyst.com so that we can rectify the matter. Content that directs you to the site of origin, have been used with permission and we thank them for their generosity.
