~ Repairs ~

One of the reasons we started Spirit and Myst is because we'd get attached to a favorite piece of jewelry and once it got old... that was that... off to the 'old jewelry home', never to be worn again, but not parted with either.  While we're not clear on the psychology of why that is... we know almost every woman has a few boxes holding nothing but one earring... a tarnished or chipped necklace... broken clasp, etc.  That is why we offer a restringing and component replacement option. There is no time limit on this service. If it begins to fray or loosen and you're concerned, return it to us and we will clean and restring the item for a very reasonable fee. If it breaks, simply salvage as much as you can, and return it to us.

We do not require an invoice or proof of purchase.  If it's ours... we'll remember it. While we cannot guarantee an exact match if you've lost some pieces and it's been a few years... we will do everything in our power to find an acceptable replacement and will send you a photo for your approval before completing repairs. In order to save the most expense, the important things to salvage would be clasps, pendants and anything gold. Please email Leanne at customerservice at spiritandmyst.com to give her a heads up on the item you will be returning for repair so she can track down any parts that may not be in stock. Please note that we are not responsible for items lost in transit, so you may wish to purchase insurance or a delivery confirmation.
